Returns & Refunds
We want every Scent & Form order to arrive exactly as it should.
Returns
We accept returns requested within 7 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
For an ordinary return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions and help make sure your refund or exchange is handled as quickly as possible.
Opened Products
Because fragrance is a personal-use product, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund based on scent preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, scuffed, defective, or we sent you the wrong product or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email orders@scentandform.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos when applicable. Photos and a description help us understand what went wrong and help prevent similar problems in the future.
We will work with you toward a replacement or refund based on your preference, subject to availability and the circumstances of the order.
If we sent you the wrong product, you do not need to return it. We will send the correct product or issue the appropriate refund.
For other damaged or defective products, we may resolve the issue without requiring a return. If a return is necessary, Scent & Form will provide the return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds for returned products will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return.
After we issue a refund, additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the credit appears in your account.
