Scent & Form does not currently offer customer accounts. Purchases are made using guest checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Scent & Form does not store or have access to customers' full payment-card information. Payment credentials are submitted to and processed by Stripe and the customer's chosen payment provider or financial institution.

We may receive transaction information necessary to manage an order, such as payment status, amount, and transaction reference.

Customers who choose to use optional payment features provided by Stripe, such as Link, interact with those services under the provider's applicable privacy practices.

Email Updates & Marketing

Scent & Form may offer an optional email list for new products, launches, and brand updates.

Making a purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

If you choose to subscribe, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.

Transactional and customer-service messages related to an order are separate from marketing communications.

Analytics & Advertising

Scent & Form may use analytics tools to understand website traffic, product-page activity, and how visitors use our website.

We may also use advertising and conversion-measurement services, including services provided by Google, to understand whether advertising leads to visits or purchases and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

Where applicable, Scent & Form will provide privacy choices or consent mechanisms required for the technologies being used.

Google Customer Reviews

Scent & Form may participate in Google Customer Reviews through Google Merchant Center.

Customers may be offered the opportunity to opt in to Google's review process after making a purchase. Participation is voluntary and is handled through Google.

Scent & Form does not currently operate its own customer-review system.

We may provide information to companies that perform services necessary to operate Scent & Form, such as:
